Yoga for Newbies with Andrea
Wednesdays at 7pm for 8 weeks beginning August 4th**
Yoga for Stress Reduction
Join Andrea as she shares various stress reduction techniques including Yoga Nidra, specific poses and calming breathing practices among others! Stress Reduction classes will be held on Tuesday nights at 7pm. No previous experience is required.
Kundalini with Sosie and Gina
Fridays and Saturdays at 9:30am
Level I/II with Jean
Monday and Wednesday morning at 9:30am
