Level I-II - These classes are appropriate for beginners and intermediate students who want to practice basic postures with great alignment as well as playing with the beginnings of more intermediate posture. We will also work on basic breath work and meditation.

Level II-III - Classes for students with an ongoing and consistent practice of at least 6 months and a desire to play with advanced postures. If you are unsure if this class is appropriate for you please call or email us to ask.

All Levels - All students are welcome in these fun and challenging classes. Come to class with an open mind and an open heart to explore the full potential of your yoga practice. Wonderful classes in which to grow your practice.

Flow - The art of vinyasa is the art of placing oneself mindfully and moving with the breath. We practice creative and intuitive sequences that become like a moving meditation. Step into the flow!

Foundations - When yoga poses are practiced in proper alignment the ability to appreciate them can be greatly increased. Learn how to fully enjoy your practice and deepen your understanding of the art of yoga. This is a wonderful class for beginners.

NIA - This class is a fusion of dance, martial arts and yoga. You don't need any prior experience to take this class - just the capacity to have a good time. Check out what NIA is all about!

Kundalini - These classes are dynamic and powerfully helpful. See our Kundalini page for a full description and upcoming events. If you have never tried Kundalini Yoga before, the best way to learn more about it is to come to class.

Lunch Express Yoga - Midday bliss where our practice starts quietly, opening the mind with moments of meditation. Working with concentration on core strength and body alignment, this all levels practice will focus on asanas with a variety of yoga components including basic postures and relaxation. Bringing both breath and dynamic movement into balanced energy, we are assured a grounded and focused day in enough time to return back to our busy routines.

Chair Yoga - A unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through creative use of a standard chair to welcome rehabilitations, wise and youthful audiences, and the novice. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. The student is able to warm up the body safely and perform yoga postures with more support and stability. Poses are done seated on the chair or the chair is used for support during standing options, forward and backward bends, side extensions, balancing, and leg and arm stretches. Chair Yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions.
Chairs are limited so please call if you would like to reserve a spot for anyone.

Qigong - Comes to us from China where it has been practiced for thousands of years. It is slow and gentle movement that is relaxing and energizing at the same time. It nurtures us as it unblocks and circulates the energy within our bodies. Qigong blends together movement, breath work, visualization, sound and meditation to bring forth healing on many levels…physically, emotionally and spiritually. See our QiGong page for more information and upcoming events.
